How to make a booking at Fairplay Outdoor Education Centre

Step 1

Decide on the time and duration of the visit.  Consider what programme of activities you would like for example, high adrenaline, team building, revision sessions or a mix.  All programmes are bespoke for your school or group.

Step 2

Contact 01621 891213 or email fairplay.house@newham.gov.uk to check availability and confirm the price of your booking.

Once a date has been agreed, it will be reserved for four weeks.  During this time an information pack will be sent.  A completed booking form and deposit is required to secure the booking.

COVID-19 Booking Guarantee

To ensure peace of mind when booking we have introduced a COVID-19 guarantee so that in the event that your visit is cancelled due to COVID-19, we will transfer your booking (subject to availability) or fully refund payment (if alternative dates are unavailable).

Step 3

One of our Senior Instructors will contact you to discuss your requirements and put together a bespoke programme of activities.  Risk assessments for each of the activities will be sent to you.

Step 4

A pre-visit will be arranged.  This visit will provide the opportunity to walk around the activities, check the accommodation and catering facilities and discuss any specific needs.

If activities are planned at your school or site, Senior Instructors will arrange a visit to you to discuss timings, any physical or operational restrictions you may have and discuss the operational area for our activities.

Step 5

Office staff will continue to provide support to ensure all booking forms and invoices are received on time.
