A large country manor house which was the former home of Lord Braintree. The house provides excellent accomodation with comfortable dormitories and spacious rooms for work and relaxation. The dormitories on the first and second floor can accomodate up to 60 pupils and there is both single, twin and triple rooms for visiting staff. The house is surrounded by fifteen acres of mature gardens comprising areas of natural woodland, fruit orchards and an amazing array of mature shrubs.
Visitors from all parts of the world have held courses and conferences and enjoyed its facilities. Fairplay is the ideal setting for people to come and have fun or enjoy their own personal adventure.
The grounds are home to a number of land based activities including Rock Climbing, Archery, High Ropes Course, Caving Complex and Orienteering.
